How will my order be shipped?

Kids' Clutter Tamers ships orders via United States Postal Service within 2-5 days of placing your order. 

How much does shipping cost?

Normally flat rate or free shipping is utilized with the company covering a portion or all of the shipping costs. 

How do I obtain a tracking number for my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped that will also contain a USPS tracking number. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally and it is based on USPS rates. 

What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority because our goal is to make parents' lives easier! If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, it can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of purchase.  Simply send an email to team@kctamers.com and inform us of any issues and we'll make it right!!

How do I clean the Toy Tamer Bag?

Simple soap and water in the sink usually does the trick.  If it's something that is really sticky then use Goo Gone.  It's not recommended to use the dishwasher or laundry machine because of the extremely high temperatures. 

Can I have ID inserts placed in the ID holder before it is shipped to me?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at this time, but it is something we are looking into offering in the future.
